All lectures are written on the board, with very minimal class discussion. Professor Cockerham is a very picky grader. 90% of your grade in the class is exams with 10% being class participation. I wish I would have taken this class with a different Professor as he is the hardest Professor to teach this class. Good luck!

Dr. Price is extremely unorganized, and students suffer from it. The entire semester is spend working on 1 project to annotate a gene, and he only spends 1 day going over the programs you need to know for the project. He is not very accessible outside of class, but he will help you once he responds.
