Undo the bolt and wiggle the sensor out of the block....easier said than done a lot of the time. There's a rubber 'O' ring that seals the sensor hole.. Wickedgoth leaks

Near the top of the arm is a horizontal rod, the nut on the rod close to the arm is the locknut. Loosen the nut and spin the shaft. Check pedal movement. Adjust as required. If you want to swap your 2.0 to a 2.7 i would recommend buying a salvage 05-06 GT/SE that's been in a rear-end accident, that way you have literally all the parts you could need to do the swap.
